PRODUCT HANDLING

Most of our products are sensitive to humidity, moist and other external factors. Since these products have no emulsifiers and/or preservatives, proper handling is required to reach its maximum shelf life. 

 

For desserts and breads, best to keep frozen to extend shelf life. For liquids and drinks, best to keep refrigerated. Kindly check item description on how to store the items properly. 

DISCLAIMER

Insulin resistance vary from one individual to another because nutrition has to be individualized. Our product offerings does not make use of regular table sugar but sugar alternatives such as sucralose, stevia, sugar alcohol and the like. It is best to consult your doctor if you have any medical condition. Some nutrition facts are computed based on apps or with macros provided by our supplier. 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Once order is submitted, cancellation is no longer allowed. Removing an item ordered is not allowed unless item is not available.

HOW TO PLACE ADDITIONAL ORDER

If you plan to add items to your order, please place a new one for the additional order and choose pick up to avoid double shipping charges. 

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Approval to return, replace or refund is under the discretion of our store.

You are given within 24 hours to report any missed items (items paid but not delivered).

Your payment means that your order is final and correct.

We cater to Same Day Delivery or Same Day Pick up as long as all items are available. You will be advised of your order status once we receive your order.

 

No specific time of delivery or pick up. 

For pick up, please wait for our pick up notification. We will not release the products without our ready-to-pick up notification. 

We are not responsible for any losses or damages during the transit of your orders made by a third party courier.
